We had a fantastic experience with this store. Their prices were competitive, and we purchased both a custom-designed bookshelf as well as a TV cabinet. What really set them apart was the incredible customer service. Aida, their designer, was amazing to work with — patient, knowledgeable, and creative. She walked us through different alternatives and colour palettes, and her expertise truly stood out. The detailed 3D model of the bookshelf, which they offered, was a huge help in visualising the final design. Later, she visited our home with their project manager to take precise measurements and compare colours against our floors and walls, making sure everything would be perfect. The installation was equally impressive. Dimitri, their fitter, was exceptionally clean, precise, and professional. He clearly took pride in his work and went above and beyond to make sure everything was just right. To top it all off, Aida returned after the installation to ensure we were completely happy. Her attention to detail was remarkable —she even spotted a tiny missing cover on an internal hinge we hadn’t noticed and immediately offered to send it to us. Overall, from start to finish, we felt very well taken care of. We highly recommend this store to anyone looking for quality furniture, fair prices, and a team that genuinely cares about their customers.
